Sent my jacket in for a warranty repair, it was just the Canada goose Disc that was coming away from the upper arm.
I registered online with the warranty claim and was instructed to send my jacket (cleaned) to Ontario which cost me $85!
The warranty repair was completed and I was informed that my jacket was being sent back to me via UPS and was provided a tracking no'.
I was away overseas at work at the time and I logged on to UPS and requested that the package be placed on my front deck. I received a notification of delivery and a picture of the package. The driver simply dropped the package at my front gate in full view of the street. I live out of town on a rural route.
I immediately phoned UPS and requested the package be moved to my front deck or collected and taken back to the depot in Calgary. I was given an incident no' by UPS.
I did not receive a notification that UPS had either moved or collected the package from the front gate.
A week later my daughter arrived home from an overseas trip and the package was nowhere to be found. I again called UPS and was told there was nothing they could do and I was instructed to contact the sender (Canada Goose).
I contacted Canada Goose and they said they would file a claim with UPS. 2 weeks passed by and I contacted Canada Goose again and they said there was nothing they could do and I should Contact UPS.
I contacted UPS and after a frustrating call I was again instructed to contact Canada Goose, which I did and was again told to contact UPS. This happened a total of six times and with my final conversation with Canada Goose I was told ' The Case is Closed".
Basically I am stuck between two large corporations with neither of them taking accountability and I am now down a $900+ jacket!!!!
Obviously I cannot comment on the quality of the repair as I have not seen it, maybe if the thief that is enjoying my CG jacket reads this, he / she could leave a review.
My advise, do not send your jacket for warranty repair, pay a local seamstress to do it, it would be cheaper than sending the product to Canada Goose and the added risk of never seeing it again!
I ordered a Cypress Puffer from the official website and paid the full price, expecting a brand new item. However, upon receiving the jacket and trying it on, I discovered used tissues in the pockets, along with dry cat food wrapped in them. I wish I could say this was a joke.
I promptly contacted customer support to express my dissatisfaction. They apologized and provided a return shipping label, but I want to emphasize that I’m not seeking free products or discounts. What I need is an explanation as to why a premium, full-priced item sold as new arrived in such a condition. It was clearly worn, as no one would casually stuff trash into the pockets of something they’ve just tried on. This is a blatant disregard for customers. It's important for others to know that what they think is a brand new coat might have been used for days, if not weeks, prior to purchase, indicating a serious lack of integrity and quality control.
The company offers a remarkable product with premium materials, superb craftsmanship, and performance that justifies the high price. However, the post-purchase experience is managed with surprising incompetence for a brand that aims to be at the top of the market. I ordered directly from the company. When the jacket arrived, it was too small. I spent over 20 minutes on hold to request a size exchange. I was given a return label and informed that the correct size was out of stock online. Customer service then checked store inventory and advised me to place the order through a local store instead. This was already confusing. The company owns and operates its stores, yet they were unable (or unwilling) to manage a simple exchange themselves. I reached out to the store, which quickly found my information and processed the order, stating a 5–7 day delivery window. When I inquired about the expedited shipping the company was promoting, I was told it didn’t apply to store orders — even though the stores are company-owned. Nearly a week later, I received only an order acknowledgment. No shipment, no tracking, no status update. When I contacted customer service again with the order number, I was informed they couldn’t assist and that I needed to reach out to the store directly. They acknowledged the order existed — placed at their store — but didn’t even know which store it was. That is astonishing! For a company charging luxury prices, this level of operational dysfunction is unacceptable. The product may be top-notch, but the customer experience is fragmented, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. If the company wishes to be regarded as a true luxury brand, it must begin to act accordingly — especially when issues arise.
If I could rate this lower, I would. I previously bought four jackets from local stores without issue. However, my attempt to order through the official site was shocking. After placing my order, I received a confirmation, followed by an email stating that I had canceled it (which I did not). When I contacted customer service, they informed me that the order was canceled due to being out of stock. I tried ordering again, and the same situation occurred. This time, an agent assured me they were processing my order and sent a payment link, which I completed. I ended up ordering the same item three times, only for it to be canceled each time with the same excuse: “it was in stock but isn’t anymore.” This all unfolded within six hours. The customer service was the worst, offering assistance but then asking if they could help with anything else. Truly one of my most frustrating shopping experiences.
The quality and customer service have been disappointing. I really like the jacket, but the sleeves are coming apart and the buttons are falling off, which seems to be a common issue with this model. I just want to get the button replaced, but the process has been unnecessarily complicated. I've been trying to resolve this since March 2025. The support team has been very rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I think I'll choose a different brand from now on.
