The quality and customer service have been disappointing. I have a jacket that I love, but the sleeves are coming undone and buttons are falling off, which seems to be a common issue with this model. I simply want a button replaced, but the process has been unnecessarily complicated. I've been trying to resolve this since March 2025. The support team has been rude and unhelpful. I think I'll choose another brand going forward.
