I returned a £1,150 jacket within 48 hours using Canada Goose’s own DHL returns label, after it did not fit and no larger size was available.
What followed was weeks of delay, poor communication, and repeated chasing on my part. I was told the return was being investigated, but I received no meaningful updates unless I contacted them myself. By the time they eventually responded, they tried to rely on their 30-day returns window to refuse any help, despite the fact I had initiated the return almost immediately and used their own nominated returns process.
I was also concerned to see another recent reviewer, Tom Goldsworthy, describe a very similar issue involving a DHL return and refusal to refund.
Canada Goose have now refused a refund, exchange, or credit note. For a luxury brand, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I hope they now do the right thing and resolve this properly.
