I received customer service from Erder Abazi and I would say he went above and beyond to help me by providing guidance each step of the way. Erder could have just processed my request when he came across it but he made the effort to contact me and explain the situation with my Investment Bond. I feel I might have come across rude at first and he had such a lot of patience and continued to help me. I think I was difficult as I didn't understand the implications of withdrawing money from the investment bond and I am very grateful to him for being so caring.
