I've joined Canada Life Life Insurance since September via my employer. Today it is mid December and I've never get any kind of communication form the company although I'm naturally paying for it. I contacted my company and they said that they don't have the police number and sent my details over them and should contact Canada Life. Canada Life says that the police is with my company and they can't do anything. In my previous company, the police was held by the insurance company so I'm assuming that Canada Life should had contacted me at this point. If just joining the company is this nightmare, I don't want to see what would happen in the worst case scenario.
