This has been the most frustrating delivery experience I've ever encountered. Each time I've used this service, packages have arrived damaged or taken weeks to reach me. I often receive mail intended for previous residents of my address. My latest package, unfortunately shipped by this service, was supposed to arrive by December 3rd. There was no delivery attempt, and tracking down my package resulted in different unhelpful responses from every representative I spoke to. Eventually, I saw an 'Out for Delivery' status, but just 20 minutes later, it was canceled and rescheduled for December 5th, again with no delivery attempt. When I called and requested to speak with a supervisor, I was promised a call back, but nothing happened. There was a complete lack of communication or updates. I was later informed that my package might be lost or returned for some unclear reason. Now, the next delivery attempt is scheduled for Tuesday, December 9th. Why isn't it happening the next business day, which is Monday? Is there really such a lack of effort? This service frequently delays mail, causing significant backlog and frustration. It's unacceptable, and there needs to be serious changes. This experience has been a complete waste of time and resources. Anyone associated with this service should feel embarrassed. -12/10 for any interaction with them.
