In June of 2025 we paid over $300 to get our mail forwarded. Mail continues to be delivered to the old address. Cheques, wedding invitation, other mail continues to be sent to the old address. The tenants at the old address originally said they put the letters back in the mail. These letters are now lost (includes cheques, etc). We have opened numerous tickets over the months and the Canada Post customer service person says the mail is being forwarded. Appalling. We even addressed letters on various occasions to the old address and those letter have ended up at the old address, not forwarded (we have photos)! The tenants at the old address now hold the mail for us (we have to drive 20 miles each way to pick it up). Our mail is not being tagged and forwarded by Canada Post, even though we paid for it. We have asked for our money back as Canada Post has not abided by the contract to forward our mail. Each time we call, it is a differrent customer service rep. Even after requesting a manager to address our concern, the manager says they will contact us within 48 hours. Again appalling... no one follows up on that promise. We just want our money back as Canada Post customer service is highly unsatisfactory, not up to standard, utterly disappointing and totally unacceptable.
