My package got missing in their facility in Mississauga (not for the first time) and I tried to contact CP customer service for help and to point to the repeating problem since I have an insider information that some packages which fell of the belt usual sitting on the floor for days if not for weeks. From the other side I got just ignorance and arrogance, phrases which are an insult to common sense. What is going on with CP??? We all pay for their salaries but some of their employees treat us with such groundless arrogance.
