was told my package could not be delivered because the address was somehow unclear. I spent two days trying to contact Canada Post to match my tracking number with my full address and phone number. I got zero response from them then I went through the ordeal of actually speaking to a “human being“ (using the term loosely given this woman pretty much matched the empathy of the AI chatbot) at Canada Post and received nothing but sarcasm and a single minded determination to be unhelpful. It could’ve been extremely easy to correct this and deliver my package a week late, but apparently Canada Post thought that would tarnish their spotless reputation and made darned sure it made the trip twice so I would get it in a month and a half. You guys deserve another strike you’ve certainly earned it.
