CP held a Christmas Card for 2 months then returned it as 'Undeliverable - Incorrect Address' and upon inspection, they had crossed off half of a valid postal code and then returned the card. They had no problem delivering the card for several prior years (same address label). When I request a refund for the stamp (I had to deliver the card myself, 3 months late) the fellow who answered the phone said 'sure' but then management emails to say they have done everything to fix the problem and the complaint is closed. WHAT did they do??? Nothing! And they now ignore my emails. Is it a wonder CP is having problems??? NO SERVICE, NO RESPECT, NO STARS!!
