Paid $250 to ship a box of personal items to Barbados. Three days later the box is returned in terrible condition with a note stating "non-mailable matter". No indication of what the item at fault is...could it be my electric toothbrush? All else is clothing, paper goods and exercise bands. Opened an investigation so that I can remove whatever needs to be removed and it will take them 3 weeks for CP to get back to me. Is CP short staffed? In the REAL world you cannot put customers on wait for 3 weeks. Where did my $250 go? Should have used FEDEX!!!
