2 packages were to be delivered to my home. One was processed on the 22nd and the other processed this morning (24th). Both at the facility in the town I live in. The one processed this morning is being delivered today the other one is being delivered next week. Customer service did nothing to answer why except read from a script. No reason for delay. Terrible service, both delivery and customer.
