If I could give a zeroI would. Canada Post wonders why no one send snail mail anymore it’s because they suck!!! I have a special needs son whom I cannot leave alone and they refuse to come upstairs to deliver a parcel - if I want my mail or parcel that required a signature I need to leave my son alone and this is a risk - they are lazy as they say they are not required to come upstairs . Every other carrier delivery person does this - I will no longer be shipping or mailing anything via themI will pay a premium for other carriers !
