Wish I could give it a 0!!!! Yet another package lost by Canada Post. I mailed a brand new lululemon jacket to my daughter from Vancouver to Toronto. (The item is now sold out as well). The package never arrived. The delivery driver noted it as delivered to concierge which did not happen. The last time that I mailed an item to my daughter that did not arrive, Canada Post argued that it was delivered to the correct address as per their GPS. Two days later (thanks to the honesty of a person) someone who lives a few buildings down brought the package to my daughter saying it was delivered to them in error. I have had 5 packages go missing recently with Canada Post. I’ve learned my lesson - it’s courier next time.
