91% bad reviews at the time of this posting, damn, we all can't be wrong...My issue warn others, they'll often times claim package delivered when not, when after ask for a shipping manifest document Customer Service acts all clueless and their Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Officer, Sandra Dalley, I got from her an email reads this, "As for the information on the address, I don’t have access to that information therefore Customer Service will be able to better assist you in that regard.", ...which as presaid Customer Service won't get that to me on my umpteenth tries, they're useless, both are. ..... What think most prudent to do, and I only now about to, and a takeaway from this I would say don't bother wasting your time, complain directly to the Canada Post Ombudsman.
