Lost over 300$ because of money grams…

Lost over 300$ because of money grams they put the wrong info on the money gram then tell me to call money gram to fix it and I didn't have time so I repurchased from a different location for my money gram and that worked out but now I have money sitting in money grams pocket not refunding me I have a duplicate payment from the post office of 100$ my bank contacted me otherwise I would have just carried on not knowing Post office is asking me to give my receipt from the duplicate transaction when it shows on my bank statement I had spoken on the phone with them they said no problem just come down here at 1:00 with your bank statement then I walked there took me half hour they tell me I need the receipt and they're not kind there I left in tears because they were too busy to help me
