Their business plan service saved me time and money and I was able to use it to receive government subsidies almost immediately! The staff is competent and get back to you in a timely manner. For a minute I was cautious because of their promptness and willingness to help and guide me through the process. I spoke to a lady and she told me that the would generate the business plan and also help you to get funding. For me the business planning part was a no -brainer because grants are every where if you have packaged your plan well. right after paying they started selling me all the other things including logo, writing a business plan which is what i paid for in the first place. They showed me a free tool through business link.... and i knew i had been scammed. from then on nobody picks up the phone. This gentleman will only respond through the email and notice now it's a gentle man the lady is nowhere to be found. I left tonnes of messages on their 800 number to no avail.... The first real number she called me on is no longer in service. Definately scatchy!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company. BUSINESS LINK is free to use for business planning
