I purchased a photo and a medallion necklace. The photo is great. The necklace is nice but disappointing due to size if medallion. Really too small to read. It could be 1 1/2 or 1 3/4 inches diameter and would make a difference, I think. The items are very sentimental and I do love them.

I was looking for something special and enduring for my granddaughter's 12th birthday. The process of making her gift was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and the cost was quite fair. I especially appreciated the bonus of the downloadable/printable pamphlet that detailed the origins of her birth sign.
I ordered a canvas on 12/14, motivated by a countdown on the website that indicated "Xmas last orders for prints!" with only two days left. After placing my order, I received an email stating that "we cannot guarantee delivery in time with standard shipping," which felt misleading. It seemed that upgrading to expedited shipping would ensure timely arrival. I agreed to pay for expedited shipping (about 20% of the gift's cost), only to be informed on 12/23 that it wouldn't arrive until January 2nd. The handling of expectations was extremely poor; I wouldn’t consider making a purchase again due to these shipping issues.

I ordered a frame for a 12" by 16" print as indicated, but there's about a 1/4 inch discrepancy. 2) The print is very fine. It looks good up close, but from a distance (about 4 meters), it appears as just a dark blue rectangle. 3) As others have mentioned, the glow-in-the-dark effect is nearly nonexistent. I can charge it with a UV light, but nothing glows when I turn off the regular lights. Honestly, I'm disappointed. While the print matches the description, I feel like I've wasted money, especially considering the frame cost as well. This feels like $200 wasted, not something to be proudly displayed as I had hoped.

I struggled to find a unique gift for my cousin's wedding until I found a beautiful canvas of the night sky from her proposal day. She loved it! I also got one for my pet's birthday, which I cherish. The quality is superb, and I enjoy seeing it displayed on my wall every day!
