Lanze was fantastic! He assisted me in designing my cup and offered great suggestions. He also helped with pricing and was very positive and friendly. I highly recommend their customer service, though I can't comment on the product quality yet as I haven't received it.
I attempted to order 60 custom shot glasses. Initially, I was pleased with the lower pricing compared to other sites, but every customization step showed a price of $1.77 per glass. When I tried to check out, I encountered an error instructing me to contact customer service for assistance and a special discount. After sharing my cart with support, the price nearly quadrupled! I was informed the original price was for 250+ items, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, the shipping would now take longer than expected. I raised this concern but received no response, and the chat was abruptly disconnected. It was frustrating to deal with incorrect website information and not receive the promised discount.
