I purchased a jacket, and on the same day, the zipper tore apart. I returned it for an exchange since refunds aren't allowed, and thankfully it still had the tags. However, after wearing the new one just twice, I found that bending down causes the zipper to come undone from the bottom. I like the jacket, but the zipper is extremely low quality. I will need to buy and replace it with a better one. I do not recommend products from this place.
