Purchased a jacket, and the zipper failed on the same day. I returned it for an exchange since refunds weren't allowed, and thankfully, it still had the tags. However, after wearing the new one just twice, the zipper starts to come undone when I bend down. I appreciate the jacket's design, but the zipper quality is extremely poor. I will have to replace it with a better one. I cannot recommend products from this seller.

The return policy is non-existent. Even if you buy in-store or try to return within an hour, there's no option for returns. The products feel cheaply made, worth a maximum of $10. They inflate the prices to $100 and then offer a fake 75% discount, making it $25. This creates a situation where all products are essentially final sale, year-round they advertise 70-80% off. This isn't marketing; it's a clear scam. Avoid buying cheap products that won't last.

When they arrived, the sizes were incorrect, and the quality was poor with the zipper already falling off. When I asked for a refund, they made the return process difficult.
