I spent $146.99 on a winter jacket, and within three weeks, the inside strap came out, and the stitches in the armpit broke. It's one of the worst quality items I've bought. When I returned to the store for an exchange, they said returns are only accepted within 15 days. I was told that the company does not care about customers. The staff was not apologetic and offered a ridiculous solution. I strongly advise against buying from this company; their products are of very low quality.
