My wife purchased 2 jackets at the end of November, and we're well into January and have yet to receive it and have been informed they do not issue refunds. In our pursuit to get the 2 jackets, we'd come to realize many others have been ripped off as well. They refuse to help us resolve the matter and do not respond to emails or answer phone calls. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT FROM THEIR WEBSITE ONLINE. IF IT'S NOT IN A STORE, FIND A SIMILAR JACKET UNDER ANOTHER BRAND NAME.
