I purchased a fridge and microwave from Canadian Appliance in Dec. buy the time i hooked up the water to the new fridge and took the old microwave out i had been a few days. by the time i called it had been an hour past the 48 hours they give you to return the product that is damaged. there was no damage at all to the box so it was probably done at the factory, not a big deal stuff happens...but they refused to even take my call or email to tell me how to go about getting it repaired or replaced. i emailed the salesman that sold it to me and he never returned my e-mail. finally frigidaire after seeing the pictures said they would replace it but it took until now(April 17th) to finally get it. i'll never order anything from them again, they seemed sort of shaddy when i was ordering it from them, it almost sounded like a scam at first. i actually told him i would call back...i looked up the number and info just to be safe before i gave out my credit card. not a very good company
