It would zero if possible. Quite possibly the worst customer service I've dealt with. Deplorable company. Once they get your money, they don't care.
First dishwasher I got had a 12" gash/dent in the front. They offered me $80 (less than 10% of the purchase price) to keep it.
I went back to CAS to tell them my dishwasher was damaged... they just chuckled.
The guy who EVENTUALLY installed my replacement (not damaged) dishwasher was great. That was the only tiny positive!
Don't ever shop at CAS unless you care about your time AND money.
My delivery date wasn't quite what I expected, so I reached out via chat to request an adjustment. The representative clarified the situation and successfully arranged the delivery I required. Working with them was quick and straightforward. Overall, a great experience.
I went to the store to buy a stove and clearly indicated which model I wanted. The representative took the details and provided me with an invoice. However, two days later, the wrong stove was delivered. I contacted the store to report the issue, and the representative assured me that the correct stove would arrive the next day. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong one again. After another call, I found out that the representative had entered the wrong model number. When I discussed this with him, he blamed me for not catching his mistake on the invoice. I had taken two days off work waiting for my stove, only to be told by the manager that they do not compensate for their errors. I would never buy from a company that refuses to take responsibility for mistakes made by their staff. This company lacks accountability once a product leaves their location. It's concerning to think anyone would choose to shop here. A reputable company should handle their errors properly, and this one clearly does not. Avoid making a purchase here, even if the prices seem good, unless you are prepared to deal with the consequences of a faulty or unwanted appliance, as they will not take any responsibility.
We bought our appliances from Centre Canadien Électroménagers Laval / CAS Canadian Appliance Source, after 3 years I need some information regarding our washer to claim warranty had nothing in my hand then I chat and made a call at store had a conversation with Minousha. Bappoo , she provided me all the required information even e-mail me all the paper needed to make a claim with warranty company . Really appreciate, hope more people like her 😊
Today, I reached out feeling quite frustrated about my dishwasher delivery coinciding with my doctor's appointment, which I had specifically tried to avoid. Fortunately, I spoke with a representative who remained calm despite my frustration. I sincerely apologize for my demeanor during the call. Thank you so much for your tremendous support! The support is completely inaccessible. I arranged a delivery for a specific date, but they instructed me to call back. I spent 55 minutes on hold four times in a day without any response. When I tried the chat tool, it indicated a 40-minute wait with 14 people ahead of me. I waited for an astonishing 5 hours online, still being first in the queue without any reply. There is no email support available. I'm in urgent need of a washing machine and have no way to arrange a delivery or organize anything. I feel lost after spending $2K, and I am extremely disappointed.
The company offered the product I was looking for at a better price than competitors, and the promised quick delivery date was a major factor in my decision. Unfortunately, they were a day late, which was manageable, but it did require a lot of effort on my part to finalize the delivery details. I received an "URGENT" email asking me to book my delivery date, which was confusing since a date had already been confirmed at the time of purchase. The link in the email directed me to a page indicating a problem with the postal code. I’m unsure why, as it was correct and the address was accurate, which should have sufficed—unless they intended to mail my new washer and dryer! This led me to call them, but I found they were closed. I then attempted the online chat, where I was 10th in line with an estimated wait of 18 minutes. After waiting 3 hours, I finally reached the front of the queue, only to wait another 5 minutes. I suspect there wasn't anyone actively available in the chat. The following day, I called again and spoke with a representative who was exceptional. They were courteous, apologetic, and efficient, ensuring my units were delivered the next day. I haven’t tested the machines yet, but I expect they will function well. If there are issues, it will likely be due to the manufacturer. Overall, I would recommend the company to others—just avoid the chat option.
The representative was incredibly helpful. She provided assistance the moment we arrived. She recognized it was a gift and did not attempt to upsell us. We received a call the next day; it was ready for pickup. The staff member brought it out for us and placed it in.
