I’m unsure why, as it was correct and the address was accurate, which should have sufficed—unless they intended to mail my new washer and dryer! This led me to call them, but I found they were closed. I then attempted the online chat, where I was 10th in line with an estimated wait of 18 minutes. After waiting 3 hours, I finally reached the front of the queue, only to wait another 5 minutes. I suspect there wasn't anyone actively available in the chat. The following day, I called again and spoke with a representative who was exceptional. They were courteous, apologetic, and efficient, ensuring my units were delivered the next day. I haven’t tested the machines yet, but I expect they will function well. If there are issues, it will likely be due to the manufacturer. Overall, I would recommend the company to others—just avoid the chat option.
