Although my Sales Representative was very courteous and respectful, I feel waiting 10 weeks for my appliances was not so great experience. At time of ordering, I was told refrigerator was in stock and dishwasher would take approximately 2 - 3 weeks. When I followed up 5 weeks later, was then told the stock item was damaged and Sales Rep could not provide an ETA due to "tariff situation". This was the case until I was called and told it was in and delivering next day. Therefore, I hesitated giving a lower rating as I do understand this is the current environment with USA tariffs. I must say Delivery personnel did an exceptional job considering they were given the wrong address. Once delivered I've had no issue.
