When my wife had a medical emergency while in Mexico I immediately contacted Canassistance. They were very understanding and supportive through the whole process and continually kept us updated on where we stood with the care my wife was, and would, be receiving. They made sure we returned home with a Dr., travelling with us right to our home. They worked with the hospital ensuring that all relevant costs were covered.
