Ditto--to what everyone has said that it is a horrible company. Service is exceptionally slow (because everyone still has covid brain and is working from home), people are inept (cannot get an address, phone number or email correct even though provided on many different platforms). It feels as if they hope people will just give up so they don't have to pay. Shame on #AlbertaBlueCross for using this company as their third party travel insurance.
