very disorganized company that processes your claims for various insurance companies and will tell you "thats all we need", then some months later send you threatening letters demanding to be paid back in full for the insured services or they will send you to collections, because you haven't filled out some form that they never sent. At no time will they reach out to you and ask if you got the forms, they will ignore it and then act indignant that you didn't read their minds. Typical crappy french Canadian companies' attitude. I will not purchase insurance through any company that uses them as a claims processor ever again.
