DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!I prebooked our pick up from Cancun airport. We met up with the representative on the ground when we landed. He told us it would be about 10 minutes. After 45 minutes he told us no driver was sent. After 50 minutes he told us to take a cab because there was no driver even coming. The company won't even answer me now as I have requested my money be returned as they did not provide any service. FRAUD!!
