Once I found the company rep, I had to wait 20 more minutes to get additional instructions to walk around the airport where the employees were dropped off. When communicating with the company they constantly told me 5 more mins which resulted in total of 25 minutes. The return trip was good except upon arrival at the airport the driver asked for a tip before I had a chance to offer it. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
