Brilliant customer service! My recent order had some damage to the packaging of a candle tin and a diffuser box. This wouldn’t have been an issue usually, but these items were for gifts. I emailed customer service and got a swift response. After sending photos, I was quickly offered a refund of a replacement. I opted for the latter, which I’m very happy with 😊
