Like many recent reviewers I am really disappointed with the delivery service from Candles Direct. My order for Christmas candles, for delivery to Poland, was placed before mid-day on 14th Dec and on 15th I was told my parcel was on its way….9 days later the tracker still just says it was sent from Belfast on 17th Dec (why the two day delay when the company is based in Belfast?) and the Polish tracker has the same information, with nothing to say they have received the parcel 9 days after it was dispatched!I have emailed CD today, but given the telephone number I found goes straight to voicemail, I don’t expect a quick response…..please be wary of using this company if you have a time sensitive order you want fulfilling.
