I switched due to poor customer service, but since the merger, I have noticed a significant decline in support. Responses feel automated and scripted, and I feel like they no longer care. There’s no way to reach a real person, only through 'support' on their app. I anticipate receiving a generic reply echoing their inadequate communication.
