Difficult to get assistance - very stressful.

This service has only heightened my stress! They've made accessing my needs incredibly challenging, taking far too long to respond. I endured a wait of 5-6 weeks for a consultation last year, which was not a pleasant experience and led to anxiety. Now my account is disabled due to an update in my status. I can’t log in or contact support through the app, nor can I access my prescriptions that I’m running low on. How can this happen after being a client for 3 years? I've emailed support multiple times without any hope of a swift response. I will be seeking other providers.

This service has only heightened my stress levels! They've made accessing my medical care extremely challenging, as their response times are incredibly slow. I remained patient during the 5-6 week wait for a consultation last year, which was a frustrating experience that triggered anxiety. Now, my account is disabled due to an update in my intake status. I can't log in or reach out to support through the app, nor can I access my prescriptions, which I'm running low on. How is this possible after being a client for 3 years? I've emailed support on Friday and again today, but I don't expect a timely response.

After booking my consultation, I received a call from a doctor within three days, and all my prescriptions were updated promptly. The entire process was smooth, quick, and handled with genuine care. I’m experienced in this field, and I can confidently say this service has exceeded my expectations. I’m truly glad I stayed with them, which is why I'm sharing this review — to encourage others to give them a try. If my experience had been negative, I would have mentioned it, as I believe in helping others make informed choices. But in this case, it was the complete opposite. So, in summary: well done! Once Good, Now Frustrating

I have been with this service for nearly 18 months, and what started as a wonderful experience has turned into a hassle. There have been issues with missed consultations, lack of responses, and double charges for products. I can no longer provide a positive review.

Started Well but Declined

Initially, everything was great with plenty of products and decent response times. However, it took over a month for a consultation, and I received no updates when I inquired. I booked a consult to obtain my scripts for the holidays and only received one script despite paying $60. The doctors were quite rude; I understand they are tightening regulations, but the consumers shouldn't bear the brunt of previous oversights. If you want a hassle-free, affordable, and reliable experience, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Service Decline Post-Amalgamation

I have been with this service for almost two years after previously using another provider. I switched due to poor customer service, but since the merger, I have noticed a significant decline in support. Responses feel automated and scripted, and I feel like they no longer care. There’s no way to reach a real person, only through 'support' on their app. I anticipate receiving a generic reply echoing their inadequate communication.

Communication Breakdown

My partner has been with this service for 18 months, and everything was fine until he tried to renew his subscription. He managed to get an appointment with the nurse, but typically he receives a follow-up call the next day with his prescription. This time, 10 days passed without any communication or prescription being emailed. He paid for the consultation but has now run out of his medication. Even after being a long-term customer, he can't reach anyone for assistance. It's very difficult to get support when issues arise.

Consent Issues with Prescription Changes

Terrible experience. The doctors seem less knowledgeable than I am about cannabis, and I've never used it before. I clearly communicated that I had never tried CBD or THC, yet I was prescribed a higher dosage simply because the original was out of stock. A place that doubles a patient’s dosage without consent is concerning. They also refused to provide my prescription for another pharmacy. I did eventually receive a refund after persistent follow-ups, but that doesn’t change the fact that they irresponsibly altered my dosage. Since leaving, I’ve learned that the initial prescribed dose was too high for a novice user. These doctors lack understanding.
