I placed a significant order on December 4th, 2025, but it has yet to be delivered. I've sent multiple emails, mostly without replies, and received generic excuses about being busy or sick. They even suggested I contact the delivery service, which claimed they hadn't received the package. After further attempts to get a response, I was told they were escalating the issue, but still nothing. I've requested a full refund, but to no avail. The customer service is appalling, and they seem to be hiding behind the busy season without offering any resolution. I feel ignored and frustrated.
