I've paid for some sweets and still haven't got them I've tryed getting hold of them but they don't reply to my texts so will be getting hold of my bank to retrieve the money and reporting them as a scam company so don't buy from them if you don't want to see your money go down the drain
After I received my order, I realized some items were missing. I reached out via email, only to get a response explaining how busy they were. There were multiple emails exchanged, mainly focusing on their staffing issues. This company is not reliable, and I recommend that others check reviews before placing an order here.
I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order in November 2025. The delivery was a few days late, but that wasn't the main concern. Two packets arrived damaged, and the large strawberries were not as promised. When we reached out to the service, we first received an automated message stating they were very busy and responses would be delayed. Over a week later, I was informed that the supplier for the large strawberries had changed unexpectedly, which explained the discrepancy with the product we received. We were repeatedly asked to send photos of the damaged packets, which we did several times. Each reply took another week or more and just reiterated the same questions. Despite this, no return label was ever issued, and we were told that returns could not be accepted for "hygiene reasons," even though the items arrived in poor condition and were not as described. Now it's January 2026, and the service has completely stopped responding. After more than a month of following up, I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Extremely poor customer support, continuous delays, and no resolution. I cannot recommend engaging with this service.
I placed a significant order on December 4th, 2025, but it has yet to be delivered. I've sent multiple emails, mostly without replies, and received generic excuses about being busy or sick. The customer service is appalling, and they seem to be hiding behind the busy season without offering any resolution. I feel ignored and frustrated.

This company is terrible. I ordered sweets for my grandchildren's Christmas gingerbread house, expecting a 3-day delivery. The sweets arrived just two days before Christmas, and upon opening, I found several bags replaced with poor-quality items, including a split bag. I contacted customer service, was asked for photos, and was informed that the suppliers had made substitutions. Since then, I've repeatedly asked how to return my order but received only automated responses about delays. I’ve given up and let my grandchildren eat the sweets, but they said they tasted off. I’ve had better experiences with other companies. This service is a joke, and their promise of hassle-free returns is laughable. I wasted over £30 on subpar items.
