This company is terrible. I ordered sweets for my grandchildren's Christmas gingerbread house, expecting a 3-day delivery. The sweets arrived just two days before Christmas, and upon opening, I found several bags replaced with poor-quality items, including a split bag. I contacted customer service, was asked for photos, and was informed that the suppliers had made substitutions. Since then, I've repeatedly asked how to return my order but received only automated responses about delays. I’ve given up and let my grandchildren eat the sweets, but they said they tasted off. I’ve had better experiences with other companies. This service is a joke, and their promise of hassle-free returns is laughable. I wasted over £30 on subpar items.
