I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order in November 2025. The delivery was a few days late, but that wasn't the main concern. Two packets arrived damaged, and the large strawberries were not as promised. When we reached out to the service, we first received an automated message stating they were very busy and responses would be delayed. Over a week later, I was informed that the supplier for the large strawberries had changed unexpectedly, which explained the discrepancy with the product we received. We were repeatedly asked to send photos of the damaged packets, which we did several times. Each reply took another week or more and just reiterated the same questions. Despite this, no return label was ever issued, and we were told that returns could not be accepted for "hygiene reasons," even though the items arrived in poor condition and were not as described. Now it's January 2026, and the service has completely stopped responding. After more than a month of following up, I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Extremely poor customer support, continuous delays, and no resolution. I cannot recommend engaging with this service.
