I made my first purchase and received my items quickly. However, I noticed that while one item had a best before date, the others did not, and they were intended as Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, they will expire before Christmas. I ordered sour keys, my grandson's favorite, but we found them hard and stale when we opened them early. I reached out to the company, and after several attempts, I got a response. They offered a credit, but to use it, I need to spend an additional $55 for free shipping. I expected a credit due to receiving stale product, but they refused.

I previously left a 1-star review because I received a product that had gone bad. However, I was personally contacted by someone from management who resolved the issue. This is what I call excellent customer relations. I'm satisfied with the resolution and will continue my tradition of ordering our Christmas treats with this company!
While some of the candy was past the best before date, as others have mentioned, everything was still quite edible. Most of my order consisted of hard candy, which is why I understand the concern for baked goods or other items that may spoil more easily.
I placed an order on September 9, and the status remains 'Preparing.' Their website claims orders are processed within 3-5 business days, but it's been much longer without updates. I reached out via email and phone several times without any response. I urgently need these items, but there's been no indication of shipping. This lack of communication is very disappointing. I do not recommend this company! Update: I finally got in touch with a helpful representative who informed me that my order should ship soon. I appreciate the assistance and hope for timely delivery. Update 2: I received my order today, and everything was well packed.
I ordered five mint-flavored candy bars but received four that were white chocolate instead. When I contacted them, I got a rude response claiming it was my mistake. I know what I ordered! After multiple emails, they only offered a refund for the missing item. I feel cheated.
When my candy bars didn't arrive as scheduled, I reached out to customer service and spoke with a representative who contacted the shipping company for me. Once I received my parcel, she followed up with a personal call. I was impressed with both the products and the service.
