I sent an email to Candy Hero last week regarding an order where some of the candy arrived heavily damaged and is no longer sellable. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received any response and it seems like my email hasn’t even been read.This is very disappointing. When there is a problem with an order, I at least expect a response from customer service. It’s very frustrating to report an issue and then hear absolutely nothing back.I hope this will still be taken seriously and handled properly, because this is not a good way to treat customers.
