I sent an email to Candy Hero last week regarding an order where some of the candy arrived heavily damaged and is no longer sellable. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received any response and it seems like my email hasn’t even been read.
This is very disappointing. When there is a problem with an order, I at least expect a response from customer service. It’s very frustrating to report an issue and then hear absolutely nothing back.
I hope this will still be taken seriously and handled properly, because this is not a good way to treat customers.
