I ordered a big zapper. They sent a magnifying glass. I informed them and they said they would “investigate”. Over a month has gone by, they took my money, nothing done except they referred my complaint to a company called “Customer Star” who does nothing but assign ticket numbers. Canemax is a bogus company. Do not buy from them!
