Do not interface with this company for any reason or purchase. I bought two pair of swimming headphones which should have been easy to set up and then work, right? Well when you find out they don't and want to return, be prepared to have to start blood pressure medication. The return policy is a joke. So complicated and once you finally hear from them, it makes you smile because you cannot believe it. STAY AWAY FROM CANEMAX! September 3, 2025 is an estimated beginning date. May have been before. Today is February 26, 2026. Still begging for what I am owed. (pitiful too - how they figure their refunds)

I bought Telybuds, and it took a long time to arrive. They ship from overseas, and the instructions were poorly written. They are not compatible with my 2-year-old TV. After dealing with their AI customer service, which took several exchanges to get a somewhat helpful response, I found out they would reimburse me for a return but wouldn’t cover the expensive shipping cost. Avoid this company.
I used this company to buy a waterproof Bluetooth speaker but never received the item I ordered. It wasn’t even listed on their website. They responded to my email with various excuses. I learned my lesson: DO NOT USE THIS SITE. IT’S A SCAM!
