Disappointing experience with missing item

I ordered a swimmers watch as a birthday gift and it was great until I found that the charging cord was missing. I reached out to the support team multiple times but just received vague responses. I couldn’t find a way to buy a compatible charging cable, which isn't available in the country. The company's advertising feels misleading. This has been the worst customer service I've encountered, with no clear answers.
