I can’t even log in to view my results!! And when you call you get a voicemail. When you finally talk to someone it’s some rude women who basically says it’s not her problem and to just wait it out. 5 days ago I called and she told me it could take up to 10 days (which will exceed my 2 week mark for results) when I called back today I got THE SAME answer. Tell me why I spent almost $1000 for a service I can’t even access? I switched from another provider to CHC for what, my money to be thrown away? I am not happy.So in their reply to me it says all customers were notified and no they were not!! I have several breeder friends who had NO idea either. They’re lying and I shouldn’t have to call and call AND CALL (took 65 calls today) to get any info!! Not to mention tell me how when I was told 5 days ago up to 10 days and then today told the same thing?! It’s a lie and I will be contacting the BBB and any other agency I can if I have to.
