Could not ask for better

I have had multiple dogs tested with this company. I have also called many times and required support or reminders on how to read particular results or question the sample or general IT questions. The staff answering the phone are kind and friendly and very helpful. When the geneticist returned my call, he was extremely helpful in every way imaginable. I would highly recommend paw print genetics and canine health check as they are systemic organization is above all else.

Receive samples in 2 weeks or less ? It's been 7 weeks and I have nothing.

It's been 7 weeks sense I ordered my swabs. And still no results.The advertisement issued for 2 weeks of less is false advertisement and shouldn't be said.

Website doesn’t even work!

I can’t even log in to view my results!! And when you call you get a voicemail. When you finally talk to someone it’s some rude women who basically says it’s not her problem and to just wait it out. 5 days ago I called and she told me it could take up to 10 days (which will exceed my 2 week mark for results) when I called back today I got THE SAME answer. Tell me why I spent almost $1000 for a service I can’t even access? I switched from another provider to CHC for what, my money to be thrown away? I am not happy.So in their reply to me it says all customers were notified and no they were not!! I have several breeder friends who had NO idea either. They’re lying and I shouldn’t have to call and call AND CALL (took 65 calls today) to get any info!! Not to mention tell me how when I was told 5 days ago up to 10 days and then today told the same thing?! It’s a lie and I will be contacting the BBB and any other agency I can if I have to.
