Two surgeons have confirmed that the procedure performed on my lower lids was incorrect, resulting in unnecessary scarring and complications. I doubt a revision would be successful, given the initial mistakes. While I know others have had positive experiences, I believe accountability is essential when errors occur. I have documentation from both surgeons supporting my claims. Now, I am facing additional expenses to rectify the mistakes made by the service without any communication or apology from them. I do not want a revision; I seek compensation or a refund instead.
