I felt genuinely valued, respected, and cared for. The attention to detail and precision surpassed my anticipations. What truly impressed me was the aftercare. They have consistently checked in on me, messaging to ensure I’m doing well and addressing any questions, which made me feel completely supported even after the procedure was completed. The thoughtful touches, like receiving a box of chocolates at the end, highlight the care and consideration of the entire team. I sincerely cannot express enough gratitude to the service. I have felt abandoned by the company during a difficult time. I experienced significant distress over a weekend due to wound dehiscence, and it took two days for any response. During our online consultation, the representative merely mentioned a revision without providing any explanation for the issue. I had to seek help in a hospital for antibiotics and assistance. Two surgeons have confirmed that the procedure performed on my lower lids was incorrect, resulting in unnecessary scarring and complications. I doubt a revision would be successful, given the initial mistakes. While I know others have had positive experiences, I believe accountability is essential when errors occur. I have documentation from both surgeons supporting my claims. Now, I am facing additional expenses to rectify the mistakes made by the service without any communication or apology from them. I do not want a revision; I seek compensation or a refund instead.
I cannot recommend this service. After undergoing upper blepharoplasty and canthopexy, I was left with lower lid retraction and issues with my upper eyelid incision. The aftercare was virtually nonexistent. I am now seeking a revision elsewhere, despite it being offered here. My eyes look asymmetrical and my lower lids are droopy. I've never felt so vulnerable. I chose this service based on positive comments, but I wish I had never heard of it. I advise others to be cautious. While the staff seemed friendly, communication was a challenge as they primarily relied on translators. Initially, the doctor appeared nice, but once I raised concerns, the attitude changed. I was left to find my way back to my hotel alone after surgery and had to purchase my own creams from a pharmacy. This has been a regrettable experience.
I took a considerable amount of time to write this review, as I typically don’t leave feedback, but I feel it’s important to share my experience to prevent others from facing similar issues. Initially, I was swayed by the high ratings and online promotions that presented an organized, professional service for international patients. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. The translator was outstanding—supportive, attentive, and clearly working tirelessly to handle situations beyond his control. He was the highlight of my visit. Upon arrival, it became evident that my presence was unexpected, and I was directed to a maternity ward instead of the intended hospital. The nurses were kind and completed the necessary checks, which was the only reason I remained there. Later, I was moved to another room and had to repeatedly request a towel for my shower before my appointment. Ultimately, I had to ask for directions to purchase one myself, and only after informing the translator did someone finally bring a towel, turn on the shower, and remove an obstruction preventing its use. Despite being assured during booking that I could have adequate time to decide on the new nose shape (considering my insecurities since I was 12), I was given only 5 minutes to agree on the final shape by a dismissive doctor, who was busy resizing a picture on his phone in between surgeries. The image presented to me was not what I desired, and I was only allowed to see a side view, which I also disliked. I was expected to make a final decision just moments before surgery and was told it would be fine. No next-of-kin information was collected before anesthesia. I had to halt the process myself to address this concern, and I was also asked to sign consent forms that were solely in Turkish. When I expressed my confusion about what I was signing, I was told to use an AI tool for assistance. I was discharged at 10 AM the next morning while still bleeding and was quite disoriented. I was taken to a pharmacy and asked to pay £85 for medication without any explanation, and I received no written aftercare instructions to refer to. Later, when I was worried about a potential eye infection after having both eye and nose surgeries, I had to advocate strongly to be seen. However, the eye doctor I eventually saw was kind, reassuring, and professional, contrasting with the rhinoplasty doctor despite their collaboration. I stayed at a hotel where the staff were excellent and very supportive. I observed many local patients who seemed satisfied, leading me to believe this service may be more suitable for them. However, based on my experience, I do not feel that the level of care and organization advertised for international patients is met. Perhaps this service should reconsider its international marketing approach. At this point, my nose seems acceptable, but I remain uncertain. I’m unsure if my experience was an anomaly or indicative of a larger issue, but I felt compelled to share. I rarely write reviews, but I would hate for anyone, especially a young individual, to go through a similar ordeal, as I only encountered glowing reviews prior to my visit.

I had surgery eight weeks ago and have faced numerous issues since then, including upper eyelid dehiscence just ten days post-procedure. The conthopexy resulted in both eyes drooping, with one worse than the other, and one eye appearing elevated while the other does not. Aftercare was virtually non-existent, with responses taking days. The hotel was terrible, and there was a language barrier since no one spoke English. I only learned about a translator after the procedure, just before my check-up. I was required to purchase my own creams and had to walk back to the hotel alone. Although a revision was offered, I have no intention of accepting it. A oculoplastic surgeon in England has expressed disbelief at the condition of my eyes and will perform my revision. I'm horrified and stressed. I spent £2100, which feels like a waste. Please reconsider traveling to Turkey for surgery, especially at this clinic. I cannot recommend this service as I am left distraught and incurring additional costs for revision. The surgeon promised to help me despite my nerves, yet I ended up with asymmetrical eyes, droopy lower lids, a disheveled upper eyelid, and a large scar across my eyebrows. Now, I am paying to rectify this situation.
